Abstract
As the main labor force in the construction of water conservancy projects,the wage guarantee of mi-grant workers is related to the harmony,stability and healthy development of society.In recent years,although the state has successively issued a number of laws and policies to protect the rights and interests of migrant workers,there are still some loopholes in the payment of migrant workers'wages in the construction process of engineering projects,resulting in the problem of migrant workers wage arrears.Therefore,this paper discusses the current situation and existing problems of migrant workers wage management in the water conservancy en-gineering industry,and puts forward its own insights on how to strengthen management and prevent and con-trol risks.关键词
