Abstract
Research and exploration on the EPC construction mode have shown that,based on the principles of complementary advantages,strong alliances,and unity and cooperation,the core competitiveness of the consor-tium can be enhanced,thereby achieving the goal of win-win for all parties in the consortium,which is the main mode of EPC construction.This article discusses several issues related to the integration of design and con-struction in general contracting projects.At the same time,combined with the organizational mode of the third Bid of the Tingzikou Irrigation Area Phase I Project,the management process and key points of EPC project that is led by the engineering part are proposed,which will help the high-quality development of the general contracting mode,improve the cost control management level of the general contracting mode,and provide ref-erence for owners and general contractors.关键词
