随着社会经济发展和调度技术水平的提高,三峡通航调度水域逐步扩大,船方的过闸需求也发生了一定的变化.在对调度水域发展演变和船方过闸需求分析的基础上,提出一种新的三峡通航调度方式——"基于申请时间的排队制",并通过船舶交通流仿真平台进行模拟验证.仿真结果表明:"基于申请时间的排队制"的调度方式可以在不降低船闸通航效率的基础上,进一步满足经济社会发展和船方过闸需求,具有一定的优势.

As the development of social economy and the improvement of dispatching technology,the navigation and dispatching waters of the Three Gorges were gradually expanded,the lock requirement of the ship had also changed.Based on the analysis of the development and evolution of the regulating water area and the demand for ship lock passage,a new navigation regulation method named"queuing system based on application time"for the Three Gorges project was proposed in this paper,and it was simulated and verified through the ship traffic flow simulation platform.The simulation results show that on the basis of not reducing the navigation efficiency of ship locks,economic and social development and the demand for ship owners to pass through locks are further met,"queuing system based on application time"has certain advantages.
