寒区码头沉箱盖板裂缝成因分析与数模计算验证
Cause analysis and numerical simulation verification of cracks in the cover plate of dock caissons in cold regions

Abstract
In 2021,when testing the 300 thousand ton crude oil terminal in Xianren Island,vertical cracks were found on the hollow cover plate above the caisson.According to the testing results,construction records,temperature during construction,cracking time,crack characteristics,structural characteristics of cracks,and investigation results of sea ice conditions in the project area,it was concluded that the cracks in the hollow cover plate,cast-in-situ superstructure,and caisson top were caused by the expansion of ice in the hollow cover plate.The finite element simulation model was used to verify the cause of cracking.The stress and strain effects of four working conditions,namely mooring force,overall temperature change and volume expansion caused by sea ice,on the structure were simulated.The results showed that very small volume expansion of ice would cause a large tensile stress on the side wall of the cover plate and lead to structural cracking.The high stress area was basically consistent with the actual crack area.From this analysis,it is known that the expansion of sea ice is the main reason for the side cracks of the hollow cover plate.关键词
