考虑动静态指标的港口企业安全生产风险预警研究
Research on early-warning of safety production risk in port enterprises considering dynamic and static indicators
摘要
Abstract
There are many types of cargo,wide operating areas,and diverse types of operations in port operations,resulting in a large number of dynamic and three-dimensional intersecting forms of operation processes.The various links of on-site operations are closely connected and mutually constrained,and the risk situation of safety production is in a coupled state of multiple factors.If a link existence a safety problem,the whole production process will be affected.In this paper,T Port's miscellaneous enterprises were used as a pilot project.Besides,the AHP fuzzy evaluation method was used to comprehensively evaluate and analyze the safety production status of port enterprises from the perspective of"dynamic +static",and based on the safety production data of port enterprises.The evaluation results are more objected in this paper,and the weak links in safety management is identified.Behaviors and phenomena with high risks and obvious trendsare warned in advance,and safety production accidents are prevented.关键词
