摘要

Abstract

In order to investigate the difference in brain activity between Alzheimer's disease(AD),mild cognitive impairment(MCI)patients and healthy control population(HC),resting state and task state data were collected from 24 AD patients,27 MCI pa-tients,and 20 normal elderly subjects. The brain activation and brain connectivity were calculated based on oxygenated hemoglobin(HbO2)and deoxygenated hemoglobin(HbR).One-way analysis of variance was performed, the correlation between brain function and behavior was established, and five key indicators with significant inter-group differences and significant correlation with behavior were obtained. The results showed that there were significant differences in brain activation based on HbO2 signal and functional con-nectivity based on HbR signal among the three groups. The differences in brain activation based on HbO2 signals were stronger, while the differences in functional connectivity based on HbR signals were stronger. The functional connection based on HbR was positively correlated with task accuracy and negatively correlated with reaction time.Differences in brain functional activity may be the neural mechanism of behavioral differences and this study will contribute to the early assessment of MCI and AD.
