基于真空管的无水冷微波消融针的设计
Design of waterless cooling microwave ablation needle based on vacuum tube
摘要
Abstract
In order to reduce tissue carbonization,improve the effectiveness of microwave ablation therapy.Based on the principles of existing water-cooling methods,a waterless cooling microwave ablation needle using a double-layer stainless steel vacuum tube was designed.The effectiveness of vacuum tube insulation was verified through ex vivo pig liver experiments.A microwave ablation simula-tion model was established by using finite element simulation methods,and experimental validation was conducted,resulting in im-proved ablation effectiveness.Simulation and experimental results indicated that the waterless cooling vacuum tube microwave ablation needle did not exhibit ablation residues.Compared to traditional water-cooled ablation needles,it could achieve a larger ablation area and a smaller carbonization area at the same dosage.This research demonstrate the feasibility of using a vacuum tube for waterless cool-ing ablation and provide new insights for the subsequent design of microwave ablation needles.关键词
