"势"作为一个普遍而深刻的概念在中国文化中具有重要地位,它阐述了关于人或组织与环境和谐共处的基本原则.在组织管理领域,"势"被视为一种维持组织延续既定方向发展的情景力量.通过回顾对组织势的案例研究和实证分析,首先区分了中西方文化对"势"理解的异同.其次,通过总结以往文献,识别了管理者在布局造势过程中的关键认知能力,发现了在复杂多变的环境中不应逆势行动,而要顺势而为,借助情景力量以间接的方式实现既定目标.

The concept of"momentum"holds a significant position in Chinese culture as a universal and profound notion.It elucidates fundamental principles regarding the harmonious coexistence of individuals or organizations with their environment.In the field of organizational management,momentum is regarded as a situational force that sustains the organization's development in its established direction.Through a retrospective examination of case studies and empirical analyses on organizational momentum,we distinguished the similarities and differences in the understanding of momentum between Chinese and Western literatures.Furthermore,we identified the crucial cognitive abilities of managers in the process of constructing favorable momentum.We summarized that in complex and dynamic environments,managers should not act against prevailing forces but should align with them.This involves leveraging situational forces to achieve established objectives indirectly.
