Abstract
In the era of rapid technological development,the governance of scientific and technological ethics norms and the construction of scientific research integrity are particularly important.This article elaborates on the development overview,significance,current situation,and measures of scientific ethics and research integrity,in order to create a good environment for honest research and improve the awareness of scientific ethics and research integrity level of the whole society.The governance of technological ethics norms and the construction of scientific research integrity are complementary.On the one hand,technological ethical norms provide moral guidance and behavioral guidelines for scientific research integrity;on the other hand,research integrity is an important guarantee for the effective implementation of scientific and technological ethical norms.The two together constitute a sound ecological environment for technological innovation,which helps to stimulate innovation vitality and promote the healthy development of scientific and technological achievements.关键词
