Abstract
The president's office meeting is the decision-making body of hospital management.Based on the analysis of the current situation of the president's office meeting,this paper considers the strategies to improve the efficiency of the president's office meeting and puts forward relevant improvement measures to provide strategies for improving the management efficiency of the hospital,optimizing the relevant system and promoting the modernization of the hospital.关键词
