Abstract
Hemiplegic shoulder pain is more common in post-stroke patients but the treatment effect is not satisfactory.As an emerging therapeutic technique Kinesio Taping is gradually applied in neurological rehabilitation.In order to explore the application of Kinesio Taping in hemiplegic shoulder pain,this paper reviews it,and provides ideas for the treatment of hemiplegic shoulder pain in the future.Kinesio Taping is a new therapeutic technique that has been shown in most studies to improve the motor function,spasticity,pain and proprioception of the upper limbs in post-stroke patients,and the combination of Kinesio Taping with different therapeutic techniques is often better than single treatment.At present,there are many techniques that can be combined with Kinesio Taping,such as traditional Chinese medicine,clinical treatment,conventional rehabilitation treatment,neurodevelopmental therapy.Therefore,it is possible to consider using intramuscular patches as an alternative or adjuvant treatment for hemiplegic shoulder pain in the future.关键词
