Abstract
This paper reports the clinical manifestations,diagnosis,and treatment of a patient with dementia with Lewy body complicated by Parkinson syndrome,and reports and discusses the nursing measures in five aspects,including basic nursing,adverse reaction nursing,psychological nursing,rehabilitation function nursing and extended Internet nursing,in combination with literature.Through medical intervention and various nursing measures mentioned above,the symptoms of the patient can be improved,the adverse risks brought by the disease can be reduced,and the early recovery of the patient can be promoted.This also provides ideas for the specific implementation of clinical nursing.关键词
