硅烷偶联剂既能提高涂料的耐水防腐性能,又能提高填料与基体树脂的相容性.采用己基三甲氧基硅烷(HTMS)对自制的悬挂链型水性聚氨酯-丙烯酸酯树脂(DC-WPUA)进行改性,并添加绢云母、增稠剂、消泡剂等助剂,制得水性阻尼涂料,通过改变HTMS的加入量,研究硅烷偶联剂对涂料性能的影响.通过流变测试分析得知涂料为假塑性流体,HTMS的引入可有效提高涂料的屈服值,最大屈服值达5.67 Pa,表明涂料具有优异的抗流挂性.HTMS引入增加了绢云母与基础树脂之间的相互作用,从而使涂膜的耐热性能、附着力、铅笔硬度、耐酸碱性均有所提高.样品4的有效阻尼温域最高达125.88℃(-31.21~94.67℃),其表面水接触角最大为122°,表明涂膜同时具有优良的阻尼性能、耐水性.

Silane coupling agent can not only improve the water resistance and corrosion resistance of the coating,but also improve the compatibility between the filler and the matrix resin.Water-borne damping coatings were prepared by introducing hexyltrimethoxysilane(HTMS)into a homemade dangling chain water-borne polyurethane-acrylic resin(DC-500-WPUA)system and adding sericite,thickener,and defoamer.The effects of silane coupling agent on coating properties were studied by changing the amount of HTMS added.Rheological analysis shows that the coating is pseudoplastic fluid.The introduction of HTMS can effectively improve the yield value of the coating,and the maximum yield value is 5.67 Pa,indicating that the coating has excellent resistance to current hanging.The introduction of HTMS increased the interaction between sericite and base resin,thus improving the heat resistance,adhesion,pencil hardness,and acid and alkali resistance of the film.The effective damping temperature range of sample 4 is as high as 125.88℃(-31.21~94.67℃),and the surface water contact angle is up to 122°,indicating that the film has excellent damping properties and water resistance.
