Study on histomorphological development of gastrointestinal tract of cashmere goats in Inner Mongolia at different ages
试验利用组织学方法比较10日龄和30日龄内蒙古绒山羊胃肠道组织形态的变化.试验分别随机选取10日龄和30日龄内蒙古绒山羊各3只,共6只,进行屠宰,取样,按常规方法制作石蜡切片以及H.E.染色,测定各阶段羔羊反刍胃、小肠及大肠相关参数.结果显示,与10日龄相比,30日龄羔羊瘤胃全重、净重、瘤胃背囊乳头宽度、固有层宽度、肌层厚度和角化层厚度均显著增加(P＜0.05),网胃底初级皱襞高度显著增加(P＜0.05),网胃底肌层厚度显著增加(P＜0.05),…查看全部>>
