磁化水对6月龄肉牛生产性能及血清指标的影响OA北大核心CSTPCD
Effect of magnetized water on production performance and serum indexes of six-month-old beef cattle
试验旨在研究磁化水对6月龄肉牛生产性能及血清指标的影响.将同一批6月龄左右、体重约300kg的西门塔尔架子牛212头,随机分为2组.对照组(110头牛)饮用普通水,试验组(102头牛)饮用磁化水.试验期87d.结果显示,与普通水相比,磁化水的pH值提高了 7.91%,总硬度和耗氧量降低了 0.36%和13.70%,磁化前后水的菌落总数和大肠杆菌数均为0.与对照组相比,试验组10 d的平均日采食量和平均日增重分别增加了4.41%和5.36%(P>0.05).与对照组相比,试验组血清超氧化物歧化酶和过氧化氢酶活性分别提高了 32.82%(P<0.05)和73.36%(P<0.01),丙二醛含量降低,免疫球蛋白A、免疫球蛋白G和免疫球蛋白M含量分别提高了13.85%、3.21%和5.99%,血清尿素氮含量增加了 30%(P<0.05),总蛋白含量降低了 34.53%(P<0.01),血清胰岛素、生长激素和促生长激素释放激素水平分别提高了 10.73%、13.00%和5.04%.研究表明,水被磁化后水质有所改变,磁化水能够增加肉牛采食量和体重,增强血清抗氧化水平、免疫力和生长相关激素水平.
The purpose of the study was to study the effect of magnetized water on the production performance and serum indexes of six-month-old beef cattle.A total of 212 Simmental cattle approximately six months old and weighing about 300 kg were randomly divided into two groups,the control group(110 cattle)drank ordinary water,and the experimental group(102 cattle)drank magnetized water.The test period was 87 days.The results showed that compared with ordinary water,the pH value of magnetized water increased by 7.91%,the total hardness and oxygen consumption decreased by 0.36%and 13.70%,and the total number of colonies and E.coli before and after magnetization were both zero.Compared with the control group,the average daily feed intake in 10 days and average daily gain in the experimental group increased by 4.41%and 5.36%,respectively(P>0.05).Compared with the control group,the activities of superoxide dismutase and catalase in the experimental group increased by 32.82%(P<0.05)and 73.36%(P<0.01),respectively,and the content of malondialdehyde decreased.The concentrations of immunoglobulin A,immunoglobulin G,and immunoglobulin M increased by 13.85%,3.21%,and 5.99%,respectively.Serum urea nitrogen content increased by 30%(P<0.05).The total protein content decreased by 34.53%(P<0.0l).The serum levels of insulin,growth hormone,and growth hormone-releasing hormone increased by 10.73%,13.00%,and 5.04%,respectively.Studies have shown that water quality changes after it is magnetized.The magnetized water can increase feed intake and body weight,and enhance serum antioxidant levels,immunity and growth-related hormone levels of beef cattle.
