Biological function of plant polyphenol extract and its application in animal husbandry production
摘要
Abstract
Natural herbaceous plant resources are abundant and widely distributed in China.Polyphenols extracted from natural herbaceous plant have many biological functions,and can be developed as feed additives instead of antibiotics.The plant polyphenol extract can improve the production performance of livestock and poultry,enhance the antioxidant capacity and immune function,improve the quality of livestock and poultry products,and regulate intestinal health.In this paper,the effects of plant polyphenol extracts on immunomodulation,antioxidation,and intestinal health were reviewed,and the application of plant polyphenol compounds in animal husbandry was summarized,in order to provide a reference for the application of plant polyphenol extracts in actual production.关键词
