终末期肝病症状评估量表的编制及信效度检验OA北大核心CSTPCD
Development of symptom assessment scale for patients with end-stage liver disease and its reliability and validity test
目的:编制终末期肝病症状评估量表,并检验其信效度.方法:以症状体验模型为理论基础,根据文献回顾、半结构化访谈建立初始条目池,经过德尔菲法专家函询,形成初始量表.选取河北省某三级甲等医院消化内科住院治疗的334例终末期肝病病人进行临床调查,检验量表的信效度.结果:最终形成的终末期肝病症状评估量表包括7个维度,共23个条目.量表条目水平的内容效度指数为0.833～1.000,量表水平的内容效度指数为0.971.探索性因子分析共提取7个公因子,累计方差…查看全部>>
