井下涡轮发电机轴系减振阻尼器设计与分析
Design and analysis of a damper for vibration attenuation of rotor-bearing system in downhole turbine generator

Abstract
A new type of damper was proposed to reduce the bearing force of the generator under the basic excitation,in which the damping is generated by the squeeze film effect of the circumferential oil film and the throttling effect of the end throttling flow channel.The end throttling flow channel adopted the Tesla valve structure,which has a certain one-way con-ductivity.It can not only generate forward flow damping,but also reduce the oil reflux resistance and alleviate the cavitation of oil film.Meanwhile,the damper employed a built-in sealed oil storage chamber,and made the overall structure compact.A damper model was designed and numerical simulation was carried out to study the damping characteristics and the vibration reduction performance.It shows that the damping coefficient is generally nonlinear,but the damping force has good linearity in the low speed and low frequency region.The damper significantly reduces the inertial load generated by the base swing.Compared with the control group without the damper,the radial bearing force decreases to 53.51%,the support stiffness de-creases to 0.038 times,and the radial vibration displacement and speed of the shafting increase to 14.63 times.However,the product of the two is still less than 1,indicating that the growth trend of the shafting vibration displacement caused by the decrease of the support stiffness is suppressed,and the shafting can be effectively reduced.关键词
