On Essence and Promotion of the Spirit of Educators
摘要
Abstract
The spirit of educators is a milestone in China's education,which originated from the allusion to this spirit by General Secre-tary Xi Jinping in a letter to representatives of outstanding teachers on the occasion of the 39th Teacher's Day.It is a topic for heated discussion and a cause worthy of further promotion.Researches have revealed that the spirit of educators,characteristic of Chinese traits,is the sinicized Marxism and the creative transformation of Chinese traditional culture.Moreover,it is inherently intertwined with the spirit of scientists and reflects the internal pursuit of the teaching profession,practitioners of which aspire to carry on and forward the spirit.Its generation mechanism is to take the following growth path,that is,starting from the passion for education and from the en-hancement of self-cultivation,progressing from delving into educational laws,making breakthrough in management abilities,establishing educational beliefs and continuously gaming for the environment.关键词
