Abstract
The carbon fiber composite was prepared by using carbon fiber bundle method,and the effects of carbon fiber and resin properties on the compressive strength of the carbon fiber composites were studied by DSC,XRD,SEM,universal material testing machine,and dynamic contact angle test.The experimental results show that compared with epoxy resin E51,the compressive strength of carbon fiber composites prepared using epoxy resin TDE85 with high casting modulus was higher.Within the scope of this study,the increase of wire thickness of resin is beneficial for improving the compressive strength of carbon fiber composite.Due to the influence of the ability of microcrystalline structure to resist external damage,the compressive strength of HTS40,CCF300,CCF700H carbon fibers increases with the increase of tensile strength and tensile modulus of carbon fibers.However,the compressive strength of T800H,GW5535,M40J carbon fiber composites decreases with the increase of tensile modulus of carbon fibers.关键词
