Logic and Approach of Strengthening Implementation Supervision of Intra-Party Regulations in Process of Governing the Party According to Rules
摘要
Abstract
The theoretical concept of the supervision of the implementation of intra-Party regulations was elaborated,and the constituent elements of the supervision of the implementation of intra-Party laws and regulations were analyzed,such as the subject of supervision,the object of supervision,the content of supervision,the basis of supervision and the supervision procedures.Based on the internal logical relationship between the supervision of the implementation of intra-Party laws and regulations and the governance of the Party according to regulations,the value orientation of the supervision of the implementation of intra-Party laws and regulations was pointed out.A realistic approach to strengthen the supervision of the implementation of intra-Party laws and regulations and promote the in-depth development of the Party according to regulations was put forward from the aspects of introducing a special institutional basis,strengthening the transformation and application of rule of law thinking and supervision ability,establishing and improving the system of supervision of the implementation of intra-Party laws and regulations,and strengthening the spiritual identity of the implementation and supervision of intra-Party laws and regulations.关键词
