Competition Rent Seeking in Professional Sports Clubs in China:Characteristics,Mechanisms and Governance Paths
新发展阶段,职业体育俱乐部竞赛寻租行为治理是推动我国职业体育高质量发展的内在要求.运用文献资料、专家访谈、逻辑分析等研究方法,在界定职业体育俱乐部竞赛寻租概念基础上,归纳我国职业体育俱乐部竞赛寻租的特征,阐释其寻租的内在机理,并提出相应的治理路径.研究认为,职业体育俱乐部竞赛寻租是一种不正当的寻利行为,具有寻租对象多元、寻租方式多样、寻租结果有害等特征.我国职业体育俱乐部竞赛寻租源于设租主体权力的诱导效应、寻租主体获利动机的驱使以及对设租和寻租主…查看全部>>
