高分子聚合物高黏改性乳化沥青的制备与性能研究OA
Preparation and Properties of Polymer High Viscosity Modified Emulsified Asphalt
采用不同质量分数的高分子树脂制备了聚合物改性乳化沥青A(动力黏度低于20 000 Pa·s)和高分子聚合物高黏改性乳化沥青(动力黏度大于20000Pa·s),对乳化沥青蒸发残留物的针入度、延度、软化点和动力黏度进行了试验分析,同时还采用了另外2种自制的聚合物改性乳化沥青B和基质乳化沥青进行层间剪切和直接拉拔试验,测试不同类型乳化沥青的粘结性能和抗剪强度.结果表明,高分子聚合物高黏改性乳化沥青物理性能优于聚合物改性乳化沥青;上述3种类型乳化沥青蒸发残留物的三大指标均低于乳化前,均呈现不同程度的降低;在抗剪和粘结强度方面,高分子聚合物高黏改性乳化沥青明显高于其他类型乳化沥青,但在储存稳定性方面低于其他类型的乳化沥青.
Polymer modified emulsified asphalt A(Dynamic viscosity<20 000 Pa·s)and high viscosity polymer modified emulsified asphalt(Dynamic viscosity>20 000 Pa·s)were prepared by different mass proportions of poly-mer resins.The needle penetration,ductility,softening point and dynamic viscosity of the evaporated residue were analyzed by experiments.The interlayer shear and direct pullout tests were conducted by the homemade modified emulsified asphalt B and matrix emulsified asphalt to evaluate the adhesion properties and shear strength of the highly viscous modified emulsified asphalt.The results show that the physical qualities of the polymer high viscosity emulsifiied asphalt modified were superior to the ones of the polymer emulsified asphalt modified;The 3 indexes of softening point,penetration and ductility of the above 3 types of emulsified asphalt were lower than the ones of prior emulsification,which all decreased in various degrees.From the aspects of shear and adhesion,polymer high vis-cosity modified emulsified asphalt is significantly higher than other types of emulsified asphalt,but suffers lower storage stability than polymer modified emulsified asphalt.
