摘要

Abstract

In order to study the properties of castor oil-based bio-asphalt(COBA),three kinds of COBA with differ-ent dosages of 5%,10%,15%bio-oil and No.70 matrix asphalt were taken as research examples.Macroscopic tests such as softening point test,ductility test,bending beam rheology(BBR)test,dynamic shear rheology(DSR)test and contact angle moisture susceptibly test were applid to evaluate the high temperature performance,low tempera-ture performance and water stability of COBA.The results show that the anti-deformation and anti-rutting properties of COBA are reduced and the rheology is improved under high temperature conditions;While under low temperature conditions,the ductility and cracking resistance are enhanced.And the acidic compounds in bio-asphalt and silicon carboxylic acids,etc.generated by the action of mass aggregates accumulate and crystallize at the aggregate inter-face,which are hydrolyzed when exposed to water,the adhesion weakened.The larger the dosage of bio-oil,the more obvious the performance change of bio-asphalt.
