Abstract
The function of urban underground space is different and belongs to different administrative departments.Being a linear municipal engineering,utility tunnel is often interrupted when passing through the metro station and the underground space development zone.The co-construction of utility tunnel project of Shenzhen metro line 13 combines the characteristics of metro station construction and the demand of underground space development,real-izes the integrated design,and provides a standard solution for the co-construction of utility tunnel,metro and un-derground space.The spatial layout of utility tunnel is the most reasonable when it is located under the metro sta-tion,and the investment can be saved by 20%~38%.At the same time,when the utility tunnel is jointly developed with the metro sections and underground commercial spaces,economic benefits is significant with the investment saved by nearly 20%.关键词
