Abstract
Locates in the core area of Chaoqing Block in the east of Beijing,Chaoyang Joy City is one of the most important business circles.In order to solve the problems such as traffic congestion,traffic disorder,low quality of non-motorized traffic system and insufficient traffic technology facilities in surrounding area,the current road net-work and each traffic demand are surveyed to propose the design concept of"people-oriented,priority for non-mo-tor traffic,clarifying right-of-way,coordinate and unified,technology leadership and dynamic management",and adopt the optimization measures include intersection reconstruction,cross-section adjustment,non-motorized traffic system improvement,parking management,comprehensive utilization of land,intelligent traffic facilities upgrade and optimization and so on.After the reconstruction,traffic capacity and the quality of non-motor traffic are im-proved,non-motor traffic safety is ensured,the parking demand is met and the business environment is optimized.At present,the main reconstruction work has been completed,achieved good expected results and met the overall treatment requirements of Chaoyang Joy City.The design and implementation experience of this project can provide reference for subsequent similar projects.关键词
