摘要

Abstract

In order to solve the problem of intercepting combined sewer overflows(CSOs)pollution in the old city,the service area of Guihuaci pump station in Changsha City is taken as an example.Based on the measured rainfall data,water quality and quantity monitoring and numerical simulation,the annual average overflow frequency control rate is employed to be the control index for the drainage system reconstruction and optimal design of CSOs storage tank.The combined process of"separate sewage interception in high and low areas+wastewater interceptor twice intercep-tion+end CSOs storage tank construction"is adopted in the project to control the annual overflow frequency of no less than 50%.In combination with the rainfall characteristic and Infoworks ICM model simulation analysis,the in-terception multiple of the wastewater interceptor system and the volume of CSOs storage tank are determined,and the relevant design parameters are accurately determined.It provide reference for the reconstruction and optimiza-tion operation of the combined drainage and design of overflow pollution control project in the old city.
