皖北地区经济高质量发展的比较研究
A Comparative Study on the High-quality Economic Development in Northern Anhui Province
摘要
Abstract
In the period of "14th Five-Year Plan",the strategies of "three places and one area"two centers in An-hui Province,"five strategic blocks linking"and "construction of industrial transfer clusters in northern Anhui"bring significant strategic opportunities for the development of northern Anhui.Based on the perspective of regional comparison and the new development concept,using the data of statistical yearbook and economic census,the eco-nomic development of northern Anhui is compared from five aspects of being innovative,coordinated,green,open and shared,and the shortcomings of high-quality development in northern Anhui are clarified.This paper also propo-ses countermeasures to explore the "parallel"development path,promote the improvement of infrastructure condi-tions,support the transformation of resource-based cities,cultivate regional innovation momentum,and enhance con-nectivity capabilities,aiming to break through the development bottleneck and create a new situation of high-quality development.关键词
