On the Multiple Micro-narrative in J.M.Coetzee's Foe
摘要
Abstract
Jean-Francois Lyotard believes that knowledge has lost its traditional value in postmodern society which is characterized by its commercialization and informatization.Knowledge has faced with the legitimacy crisis with the dissolution of grand-narrative of universal value.With Coetzee's Foe as the research target,this paper explores the crisis of knowledge legitimacy in the postmodern situation from the two aspects of the decline of mata-narrative and the rise of multiple micro-narrative,thus touches upon the mission of literary narrative in the postmodern situation in connection with Coetzee's literary values.关键词
