摘要
Abstract
Basic teaching organizations bear important responsibilities in the process of teaching and research ma-nagement in local application-oriented undergraduate universities.By analyzing the development history of basic teaching organizations and starting from its current situation in local application-oriented undergraduate universities,this paper analyzes the problems that still exist,such as vague functional positioning,imperfect system norms,lack of internal drive in operation,and large dispersion of organization members,and proposes measures to clarify power and responsibility,improve system construction,stimulate endogenous impetus,and enhance organizational cohesion.It is then expected to provide reference for promoting the construction of sustainable development of basic teaching or-ganizations in local application-oriented undergraduate universities.关键词
