Discussion on Countermeasures for Incremental Transportation within China Railway Taiyuan Group
摘要
Abstract
In recent years,China Railway Taiyuan Group Co.,Ltd.has been focusing on the implementation of the"Shifting Freight Traffic from Road to Railway"policy,fully leveraging the advantages of the coal mines,coking plants,steel plants,and power plants within its domain,and formulating a series of transportation increment measures,thus increasing its incremental transportation.By elaborating on the best practices adopted by China Railway Taiyuan Group in the process of incremental transportation within its domain such as marketing covering both upper and lower reaches,opening a new growth area of port logistics,transportation through fixed body circulation and leveraging the role of regulator within its scope,this paper analyzed the problems such as the existing capacity constraints of some unloading stations,the need for improvement in channel capacity,insufficient capacity for port logistics,technical inspection constraints on vehicles,and low efficiency in container turnover.This paper proposed relevant increment optimization measures for China Railway Taiyuan Group from the perspectives of source marketing,transportation organization and vehicle support,thus achieving the goal of comprehensively improving the incremental transportation within its domain.关键词
