皖中南地区铁路物流运输组织优化研究
Optimization Study on Railway Logistics Transportation Organizations in Central and Southern Anhui Province

Abstract
To deepen the supply-side reform of railways and enhance railway logistics competitiveness,the current situation and existing problems of railway logistics transportation organizations in central and southern Anhui Province were analyzed.Specifically,freight volume at freight stations was low,types of goods were single,freight facilities and equipment at freight stations were outdated,the level of intelligent and information-based development of freight yards was low,and the quality of some personnel engaged in loading and unloading operations was also low.In response to the above issues,suggestions are put forward to improve the marketing methods of the railway logistics market,optimize the operation plan of China Railway Express,strengthen and upgrade the intelligent and information-based infrastructure construction of freight yards,vigorously develop container transportation,optimize on-site loading and unloading operation organizations,actively carry out railway insured transport,and improve business management level of loading and unloading personnel.This is of great significance for exploring new models of railway logistics transportation development in central and southern Anhui Province,as well as optimizing and improving the operation,safety,and quality of railway logistics transportation in central and southern Anhui Province.关键词
