铁路防溜器具应用现状及标准化问题研究

Abstract
Anti-slip devices are important technical equipment used to prevent the rolling stock from slipping when it stops,mainly including anti-slip shoes and anti-slip sleepers.The technical regulations of China State Railway Group Co.,Ltd.have made relevant provisions on the equipment,use,and management of anti-slip devices.At present,technical standards for anti-slip shoes have been formulated at the railway industry and enterprise level.However,the implementation of the industrial standards has taken a long time,which has not adapted to the changes in on-site technical equipment to a certain extent.However,there are no technical standards for anti-slip sleepers at the railway industry and enterprise level,and there is a lack of guiding technical documents on site.Given the above problems,through the investigation among the railway bureaus and manufacturers,this paper studies the problems existing in the process of using and managing anti-slip shoes and anti-slip sleepers on site,and puts forward suggestions on anti-slip devices and corresponding technical standards,to provide support for the subsequent revision of technical standards.关键词
