摘要

Abstract

As an important equipment for railway track conversion,switches play a very important role in railway lines.In recent years,with the continuous expansion of the construction scale of the national high speed railway,the demand for switches on the 60 to 18 passenger dedicated lines has significantly increased,and the transportation volume of railway switches nationwide has also increased.As a precision railway equipment,the transportation quality of switches directly affects their later use.In order to further improve the loading quality and loading rate of passenger dedicated switches,and improve transportation efficiency,the D22A long and large flat car transportation plan for 60-18 passenger dedicated switches has been developed by analyzing the cargo parameters and vehicle characteristics,and through loading reinforcement design and theoretical calculation.The research not only solves the problem of short supply of wooden floor flat cars and their complex operation,but also reduces transportation costs,effectively improves the transportation efficiency of switches,ensures the construction period and quality of high speed rail,thus providing new solutions for future switch transportation.
