中老铁路物流园区布局规划研究
Research on the Layout Planning of China-Laos Railway Logistics Park
摘要
Abstract
Since the opening of the China-Laos Railway,the freight volume has been on the high-speed increase,well driving the development of the logistics sector and relevant industries along the route.However,given insufficient operational capacity of the existing railway freight facilities,single logistics function and poor connection in intermodal transportation,the study was carried out on the layout planning of China-Laos Railway Logistics Park.With stations along the route as alternative nodes,three core indicators such as land use feasibility,logistics demand support and local policy support and five reference indicators were proposed,with an evaluation model designed to form a layout planning method.Based on the analysis of the capacity of facilities and equipment of stations along the China-Laos Railway,the connection between channels of multimodal transportation,and the construction of social logistics nodes,the stations along the China-Laos Railway were evaluated,leading to the layout planning scheme with Nateuy,Luang Prabang,and Vientiane South as the core nodes in the north,middle,and south,Mading as the node of the port,and Meuang Xay,Kasi,and Vang Vieng as the nodes of the region.关键词
