面向现代物流的长钢轨专用座架监测系统研究
Research on Monitoring System of Special Supports for Long Steel Rails in Modern Logistics
摘要
Abstract
There is a lack of effective monitoring means for the use of special supports for long steel rails.Therefore,the monitoring requirements of special supports were analyzed,and a monitoring system was designed.The monitoring system is composed of monitoring query and application management,monitoring data processing center,front-end monitoring data acquisition service,external data interface and monitoring equipment,and other modules,and the functions of the system were designed.Based on the structure characteristics and actual operating condition of the special supports,the composition scheme,power supply scheme,and installation scheme of the monitoring equipment were proposed,so as to collect the position information,structural strength,and acceleration value of the special supports during the service cycle.The research on the monitoring system of special supports for long steel rails can provide technical support for the integrated management of logistics and information flow in enterprises,so as to adapt to the digital and intelligent development of railway freights.关键词
