How Digital Industry Penetration Affects Common Prosperity:Theoretical Basis and Empirical Facts

Abstract
This paper selects the panel data from 31 provinces and takes 2011 to 2021 as the study period to empirically test the relationship between digital industry penetration and common prosperity.The research results go as below:The penetration of digital industry can promote common prosperity,and this conclusion still holds after a series of robustness tests.The penetration of digital industry can promote common prosperity by promoting industrial structure upgrading and gathering innovative elements.The impact of digital industry penetration on common prosperity presents a non-linear characteristic.Only when the upgrading of industrial structure and the agglomeration of innovative factors reach a certain level has digital industry penetration begun to play a prominent role in promoting common prosperity.关键词
