Stochastic Integrated Solution for Dynamic Multi-source Information and Its Application

动态多源信息集成框架的构建及简化求解,为多源信息共存、评价信息缺失的多时期动态综合评价问题提供了一种新的解决思路.文章在各时期以同一准则构建多源信息集成框架,评价者根据偏好特征求解时间信息权,采用模拟仿真方法对动态多源信息集成框架进行简化求解,获取相对评价结论,并通过一个算例对方法进行了说明.所提方法为大型复杂的动态多源信息综合评价问题提供了新的解决思路和技术支撑.

The construction and simplified solution of dynamic multi-source information integration framework provide a new way to solve the multi-period dynamic comprehensive evaluation problem where multi-source information coexists and evaluation information is missing.In this paper,the multi-source information integration framework is constructed according to the same cri-teria in each period.The evaluator solves the time information weight according to the preference characteristics.The simulation method is used to simplify the solution of the dynamic multi-source information integration framework,and the relative evaluation conclusion is obtained.An application example is also given to illustrate the method.This method provides a new solution and technical support for large-scale and complex dynamic multi-source information comprehensive evaluation.
