Research progress on the relationship between long non-coding RNA and oocyte development in patients with polycystic ovary syndrom
摘要
Abstract
Polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)is one of the most common endocrine disorders in women of reproductive age,with a prevalence of 5%to 10%.PCOS may be a polygenic disease,the etiology of PCOS is complex and is mainly influenced by epigenetic and environmental factors.Long non-coding RNA(lncRNA)plays an important role in the development of follicles in PCOS.Abnormal expression of lncRNA is found in follicular fluid and granulosa cells of PCOS patients,and it is related to cell proliferation and apoptosis,nuclear maturation and follicle development.This paper mainly reviewed the relationship between lncRNA and oocyte development in patients with PCOS.关键词
