摘要
Abstract
Domestic and foreign studies have shown that granulocyte colony-stimulating factor(G-CSF)can improve endometrial receptivity,promote maternal fetal interface vascular recasting,regulate maternal fetal interface immune tolerance and reduce adverse pregnancy outcomes.Therefore,it is gradually widely used in the reproductive field.However,there is currently no unified consensus on the usage and dosage of G-CSF.This article summarizes the application of G-CSF in recurrent miscarriage and recurrent implantation failure in the reproductive field,in order to better guide clinical use.关键词
