Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of laparoscopic myomectomy in the treatment of patients with uterine fibroid.Methods The clinical data of 120 patients with uterine fibroid admitted to First People's Hospital of Tancheng from January 2020 to January 2021 were retrospectively analyzed.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into a reference group(60 cases,treated with open surgery)and a study group(60 cases,treated with laparoscopic myomectomy).The clinical indicators,the total incidence of postoperative complications and the success rate of pregnancy were compared between the two groups.Results The operation time of the study group was longer than that of the reference group,the intraoperative blood loss was less than that of the reference group,the anal exhaust time and hospitalization time were shorter than those of the reference group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of postoperative complications between the two groups(P>0.05).The success rate of pregnancy in the study group was higher than that in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of laparoscopic myomectomy in the treatment of patients with uterine fibroid is good,which can reduce the amount of intraoperative bleeding,shorten the time of gastrointestinal recovery and hospitalization,and improve the pregnancy rate.关键词
