Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Metronidazole and Nystatin combined with vaginal ozone douche in the treatment of trichomonal vaginitis.Methods A total of 32 patients with trichomonal vaginitis admitted to Taiping Town Pingyang Temple Health Center in Zoucheng City from September 2021 to September 2022 were selected and divided into a control group and a study group by random number table method,with 16 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Metronidazole and Nystatin,and the study group was treated with Metronidazole and Nystatin combined with vaginal ozone douche.The therapeutic effect,clinical symptom score,inflammatory factor levels and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the clinical symptom score of the study group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of interleukin-8,interleukin-2 and interleukin-13 in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Metronidazole and Nystatin combined with vaginal ozone douche in the treatment of trichomonal vaginitis has a good clinical effect,which can reduce the level of inflammatory factors and the incidence of adverse reactions,improve the treatment efficiency and relieve symptoms.关键词
