Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of modified Bushen Huoxue Decoction combined with acupuncture treating postmenopausal osteoporosis of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type.Methods A total of 116 patients with postmenopausal osteoporosis of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type admitted to Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region Federation of Trade Unions Luchuan Hot Spring Sanatorium from January 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into observation group(n=58)and control group(n=58)according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with Calcium Carbonate D3 Tablets+exercise therapy,and the observation group was treated with modified Bushen Huoxue Decoction combined with acupuncture on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effect was compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the bone density of lumbar vertebrae and femur in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of each dimension and total score of quality of life in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of Bushen Huoxue Decoction combined with acupuncture in the treatment of postmenopausal osteoporosis of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type is good,which can improve bone density,quality of life and clinical effective rate.关键词
