烧伤儿童夏令营对患儿及其家庭心理社会功能影响的质性研究
A qualitative study of the effects of summer camp for burn children on psychosocial function of children and their families
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effects of summer camp for burn children on psychosocial function of children and their families.Methods From August 2017 to July 2020,purpose sampling was used to select 13 children and their families who participated in the summer camp for burn children held in Ruijin Hospital,Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine.From January to May 2021,interviews were conducted with the changes in psychosocial functions brought by the summer camp to children's families as the main content.Colaizzi analysis method was used to analyze and summarize the interview data,and extract the theme.Results There were three themes in the analysis,including the summer camp for burn children helping to enhance the social support of the children and their families(expanding the children's social range,obtaining burn peer support,obtaining non-burn peer support,and obtaining peer support for family members),promote the children's post-traumatic growth(accepting the image of the children after burns,improving self-esteem,improving self-efficacy,learning altruistic behaviors,acquiring skills and developing interests),and improve the families'disease management skills(burn prevention,anti-scar treatment,active response to disease).Conclusion Summer camp for burn children is a safe and effective way to improve the psychological and social function of children and their families,with strong operability and popularization.关键词
