2011-2019年广州市番禺区青少年水痘发病情况分析
Analysis on the incidence of varicella among adolescents in Panyu District of Guangzhou City from 2011 to 2019

Abstract
Objective To analyze the incidence of varicella among adolescents in Panyu District of Guangzhou City from 2011 to 2019.Methods A total of 30 685 adolescent varicella cases from 2011 to 2019 in Panyu District of Guangzhou City were collected from China Disease Prevention and Control Information System for epidemiological analysis.Results From 2011 to 2019,the total incidence of adolescent varicella was 194.15/100 000,and the incidence showed an overall increasing trend every year.From 2011 to 2019,the incidence of varicella peaked from December to January of each year,and a small incidence peak occurred in January and December of 2011 to 2019.Among adolescent varicella cases from 2011 to 2019,there were 13 690 cases in females and 16 995 cases in males,with a higher incidence in males than females.The incidence was concentrated in adolescents aged 6-14 years,accounting for 42.24%,including 7889 males and 5072 females.Conclusion The occurrence of varicella among adolescents in Panyu District of Guangzhou City from 2011 to 2019 is seasonal,and the age of onset is mainly 6 to 14 years old.Appropriate prevention and control measures and vaccination programs should be introduced in time to avoid the occurrence of varicella epidemic.关键词
