摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Self-made Qingfei Liyan Decoction in the adjuvant treatment of acute suppurative tonsillitis in children.Methods A total of 150 children with acute suppurative tonsillitis treated in Feixian Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the study objects and divided into the control group(75 cases)and the experimental group(75 cases)according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with Cefixime Dry Suspension and Ibuprofen Suspension,and the experimental group was treated with Self-made Qingfei Liyan Decoction on the basis of the control group.The inflammatory response indexes,the time of clinical symptom disappearance and the therapeutic effect were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,C-reactive protein,white blood cell count and interleukin-6 in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The disappearance time of sore throat,swollen tonsil,purulent secretion of tonsil and the recovery time of body temperature in the experimental group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in total effective rate between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of Self-made Qingfei Liyan Decoction in the adjuvant treatment of acute suppurative tonsillitis in children is exact,which is helpful to improve inflammation and clinical symptoms,and is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
