Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Shuanghuanglian Granules combined with Azithromycin in the treatment of children with Mycoplasma pneumonia.Methods A total of 70 children with Mycoplasma pneumonia who were treated in Sanyuan County Hospital from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the control group(35 cases)and the observation group(35 cases).The control group was treated with Azithromycin alone,and the observation group was treated with Shuanghuanglian Granules based on the control group.The levels of inflammatory factors and clinical symptom scores were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the levels of C-reactive protein,interleukin-17,procalcitonin and tumor necrosis factor-α in both groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of cough,loss of appetite,dyspnea and fever in both groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Shuanghuanglian Granules combined with Azithromycin has good clinical effect in the treatment of Mycoplasma pneumonia in children,which can effectively reduce the levels of inflammatory factors and alleviate the clinical symptoms of children.关键词
