摘要

Abstract

Objective To investigate the application effect of structured education combined with exercise games in children with autism spectrum disorder.Methods A total of 60 children with autism spectrum disorder admitted to the Department of Children's Rehabilitation of Tengzhou Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into the control group and the research group according to the random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given routine rehabilitation training,and the research group was given structured education combined with exercise games.The scores of the autism behavior checklist(ABC)and the Chinese version of psycho-educational profile(C-PEP)were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the ABC scores and total score of the research group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the C-PEP scores of the research group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of structured education combined with exercise games in children with autism spectrum disorder can effectively relieve the symptoms of autism and improve the C-PEP score of children,and can be popularized in clinical application.
