Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Ambroxol Hydrochloride Oral Solution combined with Montelukast Sodium in the treatment of children with asthmatic pneumonia.Methods A total of 70 children with asthmatic pneumonia admitted to Sanyuan County Hospital from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Ambroxol Hydrochloride Oral Solution alone,and the observation group was treated with Montelukast Sodium on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,symptom scores and lung function of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of cough,wheezing rale,wheezing,shortness of breath,fever and moist rale in both groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the forced expiratory volume in one second/forced vital capacity,maximal voluntary ventilation,maximal mid-expiratory flow and peak expiratory flow in two groups were higher than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Ambroxol Hydrochloride Oral Solution combined with Montelukast Sodium has a good clinical effect in the treatment of children with asthmatic pneumonia,which can effectively improve clinical symptoms and lung function.关键词
