摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Bifidobacterium Tetragenous Viable Bacteria Tablets combined with Montmorillonite Powder in the treatment of diarrhea in children.Methods A total of 60 outpatient children with diarrhea who were treated in Junan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Shandong Province from February 2020 to April 2022 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into the reference group(30 cases)and the study group(30 cases)by coin throwing method.The reference group was treated with Bifidobacterium Tetragenous Viable Bacteria Tablets,and the study group was treated with Montmorillonite Powder based on the reference group.The total effective rate,occurrence of adverse reactions,immune function indexes and inflammatory indexes were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the reference group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the reference group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of immunoglobulin G,immunoglobulin A and CD4+/CD8+ in both groups were higher than those before treatment,and those in the study group were higher than those in the reference group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of interleukin-6 and tumor necrosis factor-α in both groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in the study group were lower than those in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion Bifidobacterium Tetragenous Viable Bacteria Tablets combined with Montmorillonite Powder has definite clinical effect in the treatment of pediatric diarrhea,which can improve the immune function and inflammation indexes of children,and has safety.关键词
